ingredients

Soursop fruit - 100 g

Shallots 30 nos.

Curry leaves – few

Green chili- 2 nos.

Tomato – 1 no.

Shredded coconut -1 cup

Dry red chili -5 or 6 nos.

Coriander seed – 1 tablespoon

Fennel seed – 1 teaspoon

Mustard seed – 1 teaspoon

Salt – 1 or 2 teaspoons

Oil – 2 or 3 tablespoons

methods

Take some fresh soursop fruits, wash them under running water, peel and cut the soursop into pieces and then set aside.

Then add the grated coconut and fennel seeds, toast well and set aside. Grind the roasted dry red chile and coconut until you get a fine paste and set aside. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the mustard seeds, let them brown.

Add dried red chili, three to four chopped shallots, and curry leaves and sauté well. Add the shallots, green chile and turmeric powder, sauté well. Then add the diced tomatoes and a fine paste of dried red chile and coconut mixture, mix well. water and mix. Then add the salt and soursop mixture, cover, and cook well for up to 9 to 15 minutes. Then add a small amount of curry leaves and serve.
